Lazy Days of Sketching...

Little faces in boxes.
Doodling away the time.

I used watercolor pencils to paint.

I was thinking these may look neat for a fabric print. I'll need to crop them and make a layout.

I like the drawing of the lady with the closed eyes and the colours that are used in the first one.

Love your boxed faces Katie, they would indeed look great on a fabric! Hugs, Valerie

Nothing lazy about these, Katie, your imagination is operating in overtime. Definitely fabric! I'd buy some. :)

your sketbook reminded me of an old photo album, an interesting cartoon photo album. Like something from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Both the show and your album have a funky vibe.
so fun!

I like the little boxes ! Sometimes giving some containment to things is just what you need ! Kind of like when I draw on my rocks. There is only so much space to lovingly fill. Like that
Happy SUnday !

Hi, Katie. I've enjoyed seeing your journal pages and experiments. I'm thinking your sketching would be cool on fabric......I'm playing with a textile sketchbook page today, loving the work with threads . Thinking of you!
