Happiness is wool

In love with my basket of wool these days. Felting along and trying new shapes and things.

Oh you are on a roll or rolling your arms away, these are terrific. Good enough to eat!! Stitching, embellishing to come. Fantastic little vessels. xox Corrine

So, I went to a wool store yesterday. I didn't even know there was one in my area until your little vessel got me interested in felting. Wow, yarns, wool, roving, tools and such everywhere, and I didn't know where to start. So I came home without anything new to just play around with what I already have, but I suspect I will be going back soon. The roving alone was so beautiful, and so reasonably priced compared to what I bought at AC Moore. I just need to decide what to buy! Please, if you have a minute, what do you like? Clover needle felting tools, other brand? Foam block or brush? I like needle-felting, but think you like the abrasion wet method. Hmmmm...so many decisions! You know I love your vessels, I want to play too!

Love these colors. I've never worked with felt -- perhaps that will be a new winter time experiment. Thanks for the inspiration.
